One of our most requested services that members wish we offered (besides internet, of course) is a mobile app for members to manage their account. Now that empower broadband internet service is available to most CECC members, focus turns to the electric side of the business for a much-needed software upgrade.
Coming this winter, a new Craighead Electric Cooperative mobile app will launch allowing members to pay their bills, report an outage, monitor their usage, and more, directly from a world-class native phone application and web interface. Other benefits include a new modern bill design, paperless billing option, and countless backend improvements that will make providing outstanding service easier for employees.
Look for more information about the new app and electric bill in the coming months. Online registration will be required for the new online portal and mobile app. All changes will be communicated with the membership early and often.
