ORDER NO. 18 – RELATING TO THE COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY
The Arkansas Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the date of May 3, 2021, to lift the moratorium on disconnections for electric services. Craighead Electric wants to provide this information early, so it will allow members who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and who may not be familiar with the disconnection process, time to seek financial assistance or to enter into a payment agreement with Craighead Electric.
